    "content": "Overall review: very poor, seriously inconsistent with the Ctrip rating.\n1. The hotel's exterior signage is too small and hard to find, and the lobby is too small.\n2. The room soundproofing is extremely poor. It is right next to the ring road subway station, and the sound of the tracks is unbearable. The soundproofing facilities are terrible. I stayed three nights and informed the front desk that I needed a quiet room, but they assigned me the room closest to the tracks, which was simply unbelievable. The next day, they moved me to a middle double room, which was slightly better but still not good. I could clearly hear the neighbors moving and talking after midnight. The most ridiculous part was that I couldn't stay in the room during the day because the 15th floor above was undergoing demolition and moving, with nonstop noise. Taking a nap was impossible. I reported this to the front desk multiple times, but they said the 15th floor was not their hotel and they couldn't solve it. This service is just outrageous. I had to take the elevator myself to the 15th floor to negotiate with the workers to get a slight improvement. Also, outside the building, there was a piling machine digging trenches to install drainage pipes, and the noise was unbearable. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel.\n3. Breakfast was average, no highlights, the taste was so-so, and the variety and area were limited.\n4. The only highlight was a tall, handsome front desk staff member who was very enthusiastic when helping me with my luggage. Thank you.\n5. Based on my experience, the high rating of this hotel is quite puzzling. The 15th floor is about to be renovated. Guests who need a quiet environment should take note.",
